I have had the personal pleasure of being on the receiving end of Ashley's wisdom, guidance, and coaching. I first heard her speak on a podcast a couple of years ago and was captivated by her confidence. I could hear a lot of myself in her decision to make a "You Turn" as I have made several in my life. During this particular season, I found myself flailing and being absorbed all too easily by the world around me. I wondered: Could Ashley help me too?? But, closing in on 50 years old, I was mildly apprehensive that I was making the right choice choosing a career coach who was so much younger than me. "Would she be able to relate? How could she possibly help me - I'm probably old enough to be her mother?! Honestly, has she had enough "life experience" to even really know what she is talking about?"How foolish I was! After my first consultation, I realized that this young woman was exactly what I needed and signed on with her without reservation. Her last one especially was so powerful for me and she asks one question in particular that hit me right in my core and had me make some big life changes!
